Build beautiful, embeddable signup forms that validate emails in real-time and optionally deliver lead magnets.
Creating a Form
- Go to Newsletter → Forms → New Form
- Configure the form settings:

| Title | Heading displayed on the form |
| Description | Subtitle text below the heading |
| Button Text | Submit button label (default: "Subscribe") |
| Success Message | Shown after successful signup |
| Theme Color | Primary accent color (hex) |
| Slug | URL identifier (auto-generated or custom) |
Custom Fields
Add custom fields beyond email:
- Text — Single-line input
- Email — Email-validated input
- Number — Numeric input
- Textarea — Multi-line text
- Dropdown — Select from options
- Checkbox — Boolean toggle
Each field can be marked as required and has a custom placeholder.
Public Form URL
Each form gets a public URL:
https://yourdomain.com/f/SLUG
This renders a fully-styled, dark-themed signup page with animations. No embedding needed — just share the link.
Social Proof
Enable Social Proof to show the subscriber count on the form (e.g., "Join 1,200+ subscribers").
Email Validation on Submit
Every submission is validated in real-time:
- Syntax check
- Disposable email rejection
- Duplicate detection (same email + form)
Subscriber data
Subscribers are stored per-form with their email, custom field answers, source URL, IP, and timestamp. View all subscribers in the dashboard under Newsletter → Subscribers.
